I got invited to come check out the art club at school by my favorite teacher, so I took him up on it. I went today and there was absolutely no one I knew. It was a very awkward situation until the teacher arrived.

He came bearing buckets of chalk. We were going out to draw with sidewalk chalk. He and I ended up doing a collaborative piece with the chalk (which I'll upload later once I get the picture). We were out there for 2 hours drinking pop and eating chips while we drew. Then I heard that the club president was moving to Florida (bummer cause he's cute. ^^) and they were making the current VP the new President. But they were unsure who to make the new VP, so the teacher nominated ME! Can you imagine my surprise? My first day of art club, I don't even know what it's about and I get nominated as the VP.

I'm honestly not sure whether to take it or not. I'm unsure as to what the schedule for the club will look like next quarter and if I'll even be able to make it with my shoddy attendance. What do you (for those of you who read this) think I should do?

I wonder how long these journal skins will be available for us to use.
Anyhow, I'm taking advantage of it while I can.


An update on my life:

I've been rather sleep deprived because of this odd sleeping habit I've developed. IE: Waking up every 2-4 hours. School is nearing the end of this quarter so work has been piling up and it feels like everything around me has just gotten busier as of late. Man I can't wait for my 2 week break. T-T
Also, I've joined the sad ranks of the farmers. I got hooked into FarmVille on facebook, so that's another reason why people haven't seen a lot of me.
Oh, and I found my tablet pen, for those of you who want to know. ^^

Sorry I haven't submitted any art in a while guys. I've been in a creative slump and can't seem to pump out anything good, or worthy of posting.
So if anyone has any ideas or thins you want to see me draw, throw your ideas out there. ^^

I lost my poor little tablet pen, and I don't know where he went. T-T

I don't know what to do. I can't afford to buy a new one, and if I could I should just buy a brand new tablet, the one I have is dying on my anyways. I'm really hoping I can find it. I fear I left it at school, and if that's the case then it's long gone. T-T

Holy crap. I was not expecting such an eventful day. It's me and my boy friend (now fiance)'s 1 year anniversary today, and so we went out for a picnic at a park. We went for a walk and when we got back to the car he whipped out a ring and PROPOSED!! I thought he was kidding but it was real. A white gold ring with an alexandrite stone. It's so pretty. I'm so happy. I'm going to go dance now with glee. ^-^
